As you can tell, there are ZERO advertisements on this blog.

Why?

Because it is a personal / hobby blog and not a business.

I don't rely on this blog to make money. I work a 40-hour week job, and I am living comfortably with that.

I do receive emails from time to time asking about advertising.
To date, I have done 1 post that I have been compensated for.

Under the ASA, I will be declaring ALL advertising on this blog.

Why?

1. It is a requirement to declare ALL sponsored/advertised content.
2. I owe it to everyone to be 100% transparent. It builds trust.

If those 2 points don't work for you, I don't want to work with you.

What would the declaration look like?

This would be placed at the beginning of every post that has compensated/sponsored content.
