  • [The JukeBox] #50 – Kraftwerk – Aéro Dynamik

Previous Post: S6E3 – Playlist Special – Spotify UK – Ultimate Dance Playlist

Monday 23rd June…2014. The last time a JukeBox post was made!
Nearly 3 years later, we are back! BACK with the continuation of Series 6 of one of my favourite blogging Series, THE JUKEBOX!

On June 7th, the anti-gravity racing game, WipeOut Omega Collection releases on PS4 bringing a 4K spectacle that is sure to please long time fans of the franchise.

One key element of the WipeOut series is the music. Using electronic dance music with high BPM ensures that you are PUMPED for every race!

One of these songs is from Wipeout Pulse (PSP) and Wipeout HD (PS3),
    it’s Kraftwerk’s Aéro Dynamik!

    Lyrics:

    Perfection Mekanik
    Aero Dynamik
    Materiel et Technik
    Aero Dynamik
    Condition et Physik
    Aero Dynamik
    Position et Taktik
    Aero Dynamik

  • WWE Extreme Rules 2017 PPV Predictions!

Welcome back to your now bi-monthly-ish prediction series for WWE Pay-Per-View’s.

This time, it is Monday Night RAW’s turn with their exclusive PPV, Extreme Rules.

Once again, we do not see the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar which is still a massive shame and (in my opinion) is de-valuing the title putting the Intercontinental Championship in the forefront.

    So let’s go!

    Legend:

    • (C) = Champions
    • Bold = WINNER
    • My Prediction

    Non-Title Matches:

Rich Swann & Sasha Banks vs Noam Dar & Alicia Fox – PREDICTION: Rich Swann & Sasha Banks – Swann and Banks is a unlikely duo and if Sasha was to lose, this would be burying her. Fox and Dar do not need this win whatsoever.

Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins vs Finn Bálor vs Samoa Joe vs Bray Wyatt for the Number 1 Contendership for the WWE Universal Championship – PREDICTION: Finn Bálor – Finn needs to get back into the title picture as he never lost the title and I am not ready for any of the others to have a chance at the Universal Championship. Should be a fun match and a potential Match of the Night…so this is one to watch!

    Title Matches:

Alexa Bliss (C) vs Bayley for the RAW Women’s Championship – PREDICTION: Alexa Bliss to retain. Bliss has been a great heel in this ‘fued’ with Bayley and it really shows when it comes to the promos. The promo on the 29-5-17 RAW of “This was your life”, while cringy, was brilliant heat for Alexa. Bayley could pull this out of the bag and win, but I highly doubt it. I expect interference from a NXT call up (Bit of a stretch though)

The Hardy Boyz (C) vs Sheamus & Cesaro for the RAW Tag Team Championship – PREDICTION: The Hardy Boyz to retain. Shesaro cannot win. They are terrible heels and they can’t cut a good promo what-so-ever as heels. While I want Cesaro to have a push, the Tag Team scene is not for him. He needs the push with either the IC belt or the Universal Title.

Neville (C) vs Austin Aries for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship – PREDICTION: Austin Aries to win. Neville tapped out on the 30-5-17 205Live to A-Double and this is just a insight that he is going to tap out again at Extreme Rules. Neville is a great champion, but a new champion is needed.

Dean Ambrose (C) vs The Miz for the Intercontinental Championship – PREDICTION: Dean Ambrose to retain. This is a very simple prediction. It has been a great fued between the two and which we have had before, but I would like to see a new competitor for the belt after this match.

And that is that. Should be a fun and interesting PPV and hopefully this will be the start of Finn Balor getting back to his championship ways!

I’ll be watching on Taima this Sunday night at 1am BST at http://taima.tv/r/sc !

CM PUNK clap clap clapclapclap CM PUNK clap clap clapclapclap CM PUNK clap clap clapclapclap

Welcome everyone to my predictions for NXT Takeover Chicago and WWE Backlash PPV’s!
As I do not follow NXT that much, I will only be giving my predictions and no reasons why!

WWE Backlash is a SmackDown Live exclusive PPV being aired on Sunday night at 1am on the WWE Network (Not sponsored 😛 )

    • Bold = Winner
    • (C) – Current Champion
    • Yellow Text – Prediction choice

    Results

    • NXT Predictions (3/5)
    • BackLash (4/8)

Here is my predictions for NXT Takeover: Chicago

Roderick Strong vs. Eric Young – PREDICTION: Roderick Strong

Tyler Bate (C) vs. Pete Dunne for the WWE United Kingdom Championship – PREDICTION: Pete Dunne.

The Authors of Pain (C) vs. in a Ladder Match for the NXT Tag Team Championship: PREDICTION: Authors of Pain

Asuka (C) vs. Ruby Riot vs. Nikki Cross for the NXT Women’s Championship – PREDICTION: Nikki Cross!

Bobby Roode (C) vs. Hideo Itami for the NXT Championship – PREDICTION: Hideo Itami.

Here is my predictions for WWE BackLash PPV:

    Non-Title Matches

Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Dolph Ziggler – PREDICTION: Shinsuke Nakamura – It would be Shinsuke’s first main roster match and Dolph is now just a talent enhancer. Should be an entertaining match!

Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin – PREDICTION: Baron Corbin – Zayn has nothing to lose here and it would be nice to see Corbin getting a push after his fued with Dean Ambrose ended.

Tye Dillinger vs. Aiden English (Kickoff Match) – PREDICTION: Tye Dillinger – Aiden English in my opinion is just talent enhancement and it would be nice for Tye to get his first PPV win.

Luke Harper vs. Erick Rowan – PREDICTION: Luke Harper – This one is hard to call as they are both from the Wyatt family, but Harper has really come out of his shell in the last few weeks and I would like to see that transpire with a victory.

Naomi, Charlotte Flair & Becky Lynch vs. Natalya, Carmella & Tamina in a Six-Woman Tag Team Match – PREDICTION: Naomi, Charlotte & Becky – Charlotte needs to overcome the ‘Welcoming committee’ with help from her BFF, Becky and SD Women’s champion Naomi for the victory.

    Title Matches

Kevin Owens (C) vs. AJ Styles for the WWE United States Championship – PREDICTION: AJ Styles – Canada v USA for the US Title…Makes sense for the belt to go to an American… It’s like if Shinsuke Nakamura winning the UK Championship belt…It just doesn’t make sense.

The Usos (C) vs. Breezango for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship- PREDICTION: The Usos – Breezango is a jobber tag team and probably won’t win, but if WWE make a move like what they done with Heath Slater and Rhyno, then they could win it.

Randy Orton (C) vs. Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship – PREDICTION: Randy Orton. – This is really the most difficult choice that I had to make. Jinder really has been brought into the spotlight and I wouldn’t be surprised if he won. I would like to see Randy retain until Summerslam at the very earliest. He should be on a big title run. I have already changed my choice twice…and I could change it again before the show starts…

And that is my predictions. Who do YOU think is going to win the matches at the weekend, let me know in the comments below 🙂

  • Sometimes I wanna kill someone! [Rant]

If you don’t want to read a rant, I suggest you click away now. Also, don’t complain that I’m complaining…

I know I have had anger management issues over the last while, but recently (in the last two weeks), I have been getting more and more angry through no fault of my own.

Between dealing with customers at work, kids on my gameservers/community, new security at my apartment and public transportation, I am about to ‘blow a gasket’.

I can’t deal with these shitty situations. Yes, I know people get them often, but I experience this every few days.

I’m a busy person…I don’t have time to be dealing with bullshit that I don’t need to be dealing with.

So as I sit here, drinking my favourite cider (MacIvors) in The Brew Dock (cause the bus was late getting in (Read my twitter for more on that), I ponder as to my next steps with ‘how I do things’.

Bit of a mini-rant, but I needed to get this off my chest.

  • My thoughts on #WWEDublin 2017-05-05 [Results]

Last night, I attended my first WWE Live event in the 3Arena, Dublin.
This was a RAW Liveshow so no Kevin Owens, No Charlotte Flair, no Shinsuke…But we did get some card!

Hardy Boyz vs Gallows & Anderson vs Cesaro & Sheamus vs Enzo and Cass for the WWE RAW Tag Team Championship
    WINNER: Hardy Boyz

    Jordan Devlin vs Tucker
    WINNER: Jordan Devlin

Golden Truth and Heath Slater and Rhyno vs Curtis Axel, Bo Dallas, Titus O’Neil and Curt Hawkins
WINNER: Golden Truth and Heath Slater and Rhyno

Neville vs Austin Aries for the CW Title
    WINNER: Neville

Braun Strowman & Roman Reigns had a bit of a brawl…no match here.
Roman speared Braun through a table set up in the corner.

Bayley, Sasha Banks and Mickie James vs Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax and Emma
WINNER: Bayley, Sasha Banks and Mickie James

The Miz with Maryse vs Dean Ambrose for the IC Title
    WINNER: Dean Ambrose

MAIN EVENT: Samoa Joe and Bray Wyatt vs Finn Balor and Seth Rollins.
WINNER: Finn Balor and Seth Rollins.

A brilliant night with a good atmosphere from everyone. Everyone was loud, chanting stuff, OTT even got a couple of mentions throughout the show and of course, the crowd were DELETING everyone!

I would love to go another Live Event but this time…it being a live RAW/SDLive or PPV!

  • WWE Payback PPV 2017 Predictions

    Last Year’s Predictions

Welcome back to the 2017 Predictions for the WWE PPV: Payback.
Off the back of Wrestlemania 33, we have our ‘rubber band PPV’.

    (c) – Current Champion
    Bold – WINNER

    (5/8) Predictions were correct

    Non-Title Matches

    • Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman – PREDICTION: This fued has gone on for too long an needs to end at this PPV. WWE clearly has no idea what to do with Braun. He needs to fued with Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship. Neither man NEEDS this win, but WWE wants to put Roman over…So Roman to win!
    • Seth Rollins vs Samoa Joe – PREDICTION: This is only a thing because of the whole Triple H fued and now Seth is going against his goons and the first one appears to be Samoa Joe. Samoa Joe to win!
    • Randy Orton vs Bray Wyatt in a “House of Horrors” match – PREDICTION: Why is this not for the title?!?! Anyway, this is just a wrap up of this fued as both superstars are on seperate brands (Randy is on SmackDown Live and Bray is on RAW) and it would make Randy look weak if he was to lose this match. Should be a key match. Randy to win
    • Enzo & Big Cass vs Gallows & Anderson (Kick off) – PREDICTION: “Well, what have we got over here…A couple of Nerrrrdsssss!” – This is a non-existant fued that started on Monday when G&A attacked Enzo. Enzo & Cass to win

    Title Matches

    • Neville (c) vs Austin Aries for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship – PREDICTION: Neville is ON FIRE lately and his fued with Ausin Aries has proven it. They had a great match at Wrestlemania so this should equally be a good fight. Although, I do not think “A Double” is ready for the purple belt. Neville to retain
    • Bayley (c) vs Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship – PREDICTION: Alexa, the “5ft of fury” has just switched from SDLive to RAW and is now straight into a RAW Women’s Championship match against Bayley. Should be a good match. Alexa to win
    • Kevin Owens (c) vs Chris Jericho for the United States Championship – PREDICTION: This is a predictable match as Y2J is about to leave for a bit to do a tour with his band Fozzy, so here is what is going to happen. Kevin Owens retains and Y2J will remain on RAW with a re-debut before Summerslam or maybe afterwards. Well…Wasn’t I wrong…
    • The Hardy Boyz (c) vs Seamus & Cesaro for the RAW Tag Team Championship – PREDICTION: Hardyz are back and better than ever. The #BROKEN gimmick is going to be a big thing going forward (Unless WWE decides to fuck up (which they will)) but this should be a very good match will come down to the wire. Hardy Boyz to retain

While it is not a big PPV, it ain’t a small one too and should provide some shocks if titles did change hands outside of what I have predicted.

I’m a little bit bummed that Randy v Bray is NOT a title match…This would have been a brilliant title match, but WWE doesn’t seem to know how to book a good (read: important) match!

I’ll be in Taima on Sunday night at taima.tv/r/sc from about 10pm so join me there.
And I’ll see you in about 2 weeks for Backlash PPV Predictions 🙂
