Got my SSD a few days earlier than expected and I am back on Windows after 5 days of using a Ubuntu LiveCD (Never again lol).
So hopefully that is the last upgrades that I have to do to this machine for a while. My build page has been updated with all the new hardware from the past while, so you should check that out.
Now, to get back into Guild Wars 2 and to start practicing on Dota 2 and StarCraft 2. 🙂

Yesterday on Twitter, I announced that I have been blogging for 4 years now.
My first post was on my wordpress.com site (padraigfahy.wordpress.com) and it was about how I was going to be doing updates for the R4DS (It is a flashcard for the Nintendo DS). It wasn’t long after that, that I started doing actual blog posts about my life and what have you.
I stayed on the WordPress.com site for a while and then moved to GoDaddy with the start of PadraigFahy.com in August of 2009.
The posts between August 2009 and July 2010 are unfortunately gone from the world. I either forgot or didn’t bother to get the posts. July 2010 is when I made the move to Tumblr.
The posts on Tumblr are of course still available at blog.padraigfahy.com and now since mid-August 2012, I went back to blogging on a WordPress site through Blacknight.
It has been a good 4 years and hopefully I will be still be going in 4 years time.
(And it has been 4 years and a couple of months since i have been on Twitter (thought I would throw that in there))
After what happened on Saturday, I finally got to order my new SSD.
I purchased the Samsung 830 SSD 128GB as a boot drive and is only going to be used for Windows and nothing else.
With the product being dispatched on Thursday, it should be arriving by next week at the very least which is awesome. I of course took the cheap (In this case FREE) delivery, so it is going to take longer, but to be honest, I don’t mind waiting for it.
Hopefully by next week, I will be back on Windows and not be on this Ubuntu CD that I have been using since Saturday!

Today, I became a proud owner of a Razer BlackWidow keyboard. It is such a joy to type on.
I am noticing that I am making some but not a lot of mistakes and that the speed of my typing has increased somewhat.
The only thing that is wrong with it, is that it is the US layout, but I am not going to cry over it. 🙂
I will do a review on it soon enough once I get my computer back in shape (Which will be later this week 🙂 )
