Danny is discussing characters in films that are perhaps gay should not be played by someone who is not part of the LGBT community. Similarly, a disabled character should not be played by an able-bodied person.
Daley is in the DR talking about being up for eviction. He is OK with it, and he doesn’t feel stressed, and no one should feel stressed.
