Last night’s War Games show was something else, including the return of Randy Orton and one more person (who I’ll mention at the end)
- Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch & Shotzi defeated Damage Ctrl in the Women’s WarGames match.
- Gunther defeated The Miz to retain the Intercontinental Championship.
- Santos Esobar defeated Dragon Lee
- Rhea Ripley defeated Zoey Starks to retain the Women’s World Championship.
- Cody Rhodes, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, Sami Zayn, Jey Uso & Randy Orton defeated The Judgement Day & Drew McIntyre in the Men’s WarGames match.
And the return of CM Punk happened. A shock to many, but the return was not impactful to me as his return to AEW. It’s cool that it happened, don’t get me wrong, and I did pop whenever the music hit, but I am worried about him, his ego and how it’s going to affect the locker room.
Who knows why Drew stormed out? Is Seth working? Difficult to know, but I guess we’ll find out more on RAW on Monday.
